  • Scope of Work: New collection launch, packaging, 360° digital campaign including PR boxes and mailers, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media efforts.

  • Role: Creative Director, Graphic Designer, Packaging Designer.

  • Objective: Launch a collection inspired by the CEO’s love for Japanese Manga Lashes, translating that vision into a tasteful, trend-conscious line while staying true to House of Lashes' core branding.

  • Creative Process: Drawing inspiration from Japanese Manga, it was essential to honor the original concept while educating customers and maintaining the brand’s identity. I ensured that makeup inspiration was clearly communicated to all makeup artists and content creators. Additionally, I hired a freelance anime artist to design a custom anime character and animation, which became a key feature of the campaign, adding a playful homage to the collection’s inspiration.

  • Outcome: With the full support of a dedicated creative and marketing team, we explored new techniques and resources for this launch, which resulted in a significant $10k+ increase in sales within the first 30 days. This campaign also provided valuable insights that have been applied to future launches, fueling ongoing revenue growth and innovation.
